General policy

these are bestway computers (“bwc”, “we” or “our”) standard return policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the bestway computers and firenet solutions .
 all product returns require a return merchandise authorization (rma) number.  you may obtain an rma number by contacting customer service
 any return for a refund may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
 products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
 any product not purchased from Bestway Computers or firenet solution
 any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
 any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
 any product from which the upc code has been removed from its packaging
 any product that exhibits physical damage
 any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Terms and conditions of use

1. I have read and understood the policies at BestwayComputers.com.
2. I agree to pay Bestway Computers.com in full amount for my order including shipping, handling and tax if applicable. Otherwise, the items I purchase remain as the property of BestwayComputers.com. I am responsible for any legal expense toward collecting debts.
3. Payment must be received by BestwayComputers.com prior to Bestway Computers's acceptance of an order. Orders are not binding upon Bestway Computers.com until accepted by Bestway Computers.
4. I agree that I'll pay for shipping any item(s) back to Bestway Computers.com for warranty of defective products or refund purposes unless it is a result of Bestway Computers.com's mistake that does NOT include errors made by shipping companies.
5. Shipping and labor charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may be applicable to certain items.
6. Bestway Computers.com does not guarantee that products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts.
7. BestwayComputers.com is not responsible for any damage or loss of time, profit or money as a result of using products purchased from Bestway Computers.com, web site information, and advise by phone, web site surfing, or e-mail.
8. BestwayComputers.com is not responsible for any shipping company's error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.
9. I will not intentionally cause any damage to Bestway Computers.com, physically, financially or in reputation.

Terms of Access.

Access to this site is only for clients tent to purchase the services or products if you are a company scanning the pages for images or other material and come across an image or material that you think is copyright protected by you in US. please notify us with the US copyright item number e-mail to  administrator@bestwaycomputers.com  and we will be happy to take it off as many companies are selling images online and there is no way for us to verify as some are royalty free unless we have the copyright item number.
Under no circumstances you can access this site to entrap the owners,company,partners,users or any entity linked to our business.  
We are an IT company and provide security to many fortune 500 companies and all the information between your computer and our server is encrypted once you are log in or trying to send as message Via our Contact us page.

Return Retail Software for refund within: 30 days (must be unopened)
Return OEM Software for refund within: non-refundable
Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 30 days
